BETDAQ Casino - UI/UX Redesign

The brief

The BETDAQ Casino experience needed modernising to improve usability, visual consistency and how users discovered games.

Working alongside the marketing team, we identified opportunities to improve the existing platform, from its navigation and game presentation to the overall look and feel. Initial concepts and design explorations helped establish a direction for a wider casino redesign.

A key objective was to create a more intuitive browsing experience while improving how users moved between promotional campaigns and individual casino games.

Process

Identifying Opportunity

Collaborated with the marketing team to review the existing casino experience and identify areas for improvement. Explored early concepts and design iterations focused on navigation, game discovery and visual consistency.

Navigation & User Experience

Redesigned key elements of the casino navigation to create a clearer, more intuitive experience, helping users browse the available games and move between sections more easily.

Visual Design

Developed a more cohesive visual approach across the casino, refining game thumbnails, layouts and interface elements to create a consistent look and feel throughout the platform.

Individual game pages

Introduced dedicated information pages for individual casino games, providing users with a clearer route to specific titles.

Previously, marketing campaigns could only direct users to broader casino sections, leaving them to find the promoted game themselves. The new pages allowed campaigns to link directly to individual games, reducing unnecessary steps in the user journey.

Design & Development

Created the UI designs and worked with the external development team during implementation, providing feedback and refinements to help translate the designs into the live product.
